i need to get rid of my tummy and while ive been doing my crunches and such, ive also been eating alot lately. like for eg, today

i ate chicken chop at SP

i came home 10pm and ate crab.

WTS right. i know im not helping myself even though i wan to get rid of my tummy so badly.

today was a ;D day! met up with pm and jy at SP for lunch

then JRK +VAN @ cafe cartel for dinner

i almost forgot how stupid and retarded i can act when im around keejia ;D

and how high and siao i can be when im with JRK + VAN.
